Anambra State is on the cusp of a political transformation as the candidacy of Prince Dr. Nicholas Ukachukwu, popularly known as Ikukuoma, gains momentum ahead of the party primary and forthcoming gubernatorial election. With the support of various political groups and stakeholders, the All Progressive UNIFIED Support Groups in Anambra State (APUSGA) has declared their unwavering backing for Ukachukwu, describing him as the leader poised to bring a new dawn to the state.

In a press release issued recently in Awka, Anambra Capital, the APUSGA outlined their endorsement for Ukachukwu, lauding him for his exceptional leadership qualities, including his charisma, drive, and unyielding commitment to the welfare of Ndi Anambra. According to APUSGA, Ukachukwu is not only a capable leader but also one who embodies the values of vision, security, and prosperity that Anambra needs in this pivotal moment of its history.

The statement, jointly signed by RT Hon. Rita Maduagwu, Director General of APUSGA, High Chief Chikeluo Obeluo, State Coordinator, and Comrade Ezekafor Ebube, State Secretary, emphasized that Ukachukwu’s administration would prioritize safety, progress, and the overall development of the state. His leadership, they affirmed, will bring a break from the current challenges facing Anambra, including insecurity and economic stagnation.

Under Ukachukwu’s leadership, APUSGA asserts, Anambra will emerge as a fortress of progress, with a robust security infrastructure to ensure the safety of all residents. No part of the state will be left vulnerable to the attacks of criminals, bandits, or any other non-state actors. Ukachukwu’s firm stance on law and order will guarantee that residents can go about their daily lives without fear or hindrance. His government will ensure that every citizen, regardless of their background, can thrive in an environment that encourages peace, stability, and growth.

Ukachukwu is not only known for his remarkable leadership within Anambra but also for his extensive network and influence both within Nigeria and beyond. His broad connections will be pivotal in securing the necessary resources to drive the state’s development. Anambra will, under his leadership, become a key player in Nigeria’s industrial and economic spheres. Products bearing the “Made in Anambra State” label will be widely recognized, signaling the state’s growing entrepreneurial capacity and economic potential.

Central to Ukachukwu’s vision is the empowerment of Anambra’s people, the state’s most valuable asset. His administration will prioritize self-reliance, innovation, and sustainable growth. Ukachukwu envisions a state that is no longer dependent on federal allocations for survival but one that fosters economic independence through strategic investments in human capital. By focusing on key sectors such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure, Ukachukwu aims to unlock Anambra’s full potential and elevate the state to new heights of prosperity.

Beyond his immediate goals for the state, Ukachukwu’s vision also includes a commitment to future generations. His leadership is driven by a deep desire to leave behind a legacy of progress and empowerment for Ndi Anambra. His policies will ensure that Anambra’s children and grandchildren are equipped with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed in an increasingly competitive world.

As Anambra prepares for this critical gubernatorial election, the stakes have never been higher. The choice before the people of Anambra is not just about electing a new governor but selecting a leader with the proven experience, capability, and vision to propel the state forward. Ukachukwu’s track record of success, combined with his deep understanding of Anambra’s needs, makes him the ideal candidate for the job.

APUSGA’s endorsement of Ukachukwu signals a strong unified push towards securing a brighter future for the state. With the election slated for April 5th, 2025, the group is calling on all Ndi Anambra to support Ukachukwu in his bid to bring about the much-needed change.

As the people of Anambra prepare to cast their votes, one thing is clear: A New Anambra is Coming, and with it, Ikukuoma stands ready to make history, shaping a future of prosperity, security, and development for the state and its people.
