After Al Nassr recruited Cristiano Ronaldo, another Saudi Arabian team, Al-Hilal, made a very controversial move. Al-Hilal is preparing to offer 350 million euros per year to PSG star Lionel Messi, who won the World Cup with Argentina. If the Argentine star accepts this offer, he will become the highest-paid football player in the football world, surpassing Ronaldo, who earns 250 million euros a year.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi may meet again in the same league after their La Liga days. After Al Nassr signed a contract with the Portuguese star, Saudi Arabian team Al-Hilal is preparing for a giant move.

According to reports, Al-Hilal took action for Lionel Messi, whose contract with Paris Saint-Germain will expire at the end of the season. The Saudi Arabian team is expected to offer the world-famous football player 350 million euros per year.

It is stated that Lionel Messi is looking forward to this offer. If the Argentine star takes the path of Al-Hilal, he will become the world’s highest-paid football player, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo, who earned 250 million euros a year in Al Nassr.

Messi led Argentina to win the 2022 FIFA World Cup held in Qatar. Argentina’s 36-year longing came to an end when they defeated France in the final that went to penalties. Lionel Messi has widened the gap with his rival, Cristiano Ronaldo, to whom he has been compared for many years.

Lionel Messi put an end to many controversies by winning the 2022 World Cup. Compared to Cristiano Ronaldo and Maradona, the 35-year-old star was not seen ahead of the competition as he failed to win the World Cup. The deficiencies in Messi’s collection were completed in Qatar.

Lionel Messi produced 7 goals and 3 assists in 7 games, leading Argentina to the championship. The 35-year-old star was named the best player of the tournament.
