Bolum becomes global member, Africa Institute of Directors

Comrade Bolum Nwachukwu the Director of Administration in the Delta State Contributely Health Scheme, has been inducted as global member of the Africa Institute of Directors. He was honoured with Corporate Governance Excellence Award 2022 at an elaborate gala night/award at
Windhoek capital of Namibia recently.

He was honoured with the Certificate of Global Membership of the Institute. The honour was bestowed upon him for career achievement in promoting diversity and inclusivity and professional development opportunities beyond the expectations of his position.


The widely esteemed management honur is presented to senior public servants majoring in management and are nominated by Organizations and Society on the basis of high managerial standing and qualities of leadership.

The selection was made from amongst 69 nominees across Africa after detailed evaluation by a panel of distinguished panel. The award ceremony was held on 25th March 2022 at Namebia

The Institute”s award which is still generally held as the most prestigious of all management awards and is generally recognized as the most highly esteemed award offered by any Institute in Africa.

The award testament says he was recognized for innovation, collaboration and a true dedication to outcomes that matter.
“Comrade Bolum is showcasing the best new ideas and outstanding teamwork that are changing the world; we elevate the work leading us forward—and those who make it possible.’.

The Award brought his contributions into spotlight to inspire all civil servants. These are the qualities that exceptional leaders model every day, through ambitious work with a vision for a brighter future

This is another well-deserved addition to his many achievements.
Bolukm is has certificate fellowship of the Atlantic Council USA, and Honorary Fellow of Europe Business Assembly.
