Notably, SMEDAN secured a landmark agreement with Sterling Bank for a 5 billion naira fund at single-digit interest rates for businesses, with over 200,000 applications currently under review. Collaborative matching fund initiatives with Anambra and Enugu states have also injected substantial capital into local MSMEs.
Innovative programs launched by Odii include the Green Energy and Climate Change Desk, which supports businesses facing environmental challenges, and the SMEDAN Undergraduate Internship Program, designed to prepare students for entrepreneurship.
