In a heartwarming display of generosity, CSP (Dr.) Usman Abdul-Dimka, a recently promoted officer in the Nigeria Police Force, organized a special Christmas get-together for the children at the City of David Orphanage Home in Asaba, Delta State. The event, held yesterday, was an opportunity for Abdul-Dimka to demonstrate his commitment to the spirit of Christmas—one of love, sharing, and selflessness.

Abdul-Dimka, who was elevated to the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police and assigned to Interpol Bureau FCID Force Headquarters Abuja, provided food, groceries, and other essential items to support the welfare of the children during the festive season. The donation is part of his ongoing effort to improve the lives of those in need, particularly children who are most vulnerable in society.

Representing Abdul-Dimka at the event, Rtn. Clifford Osahenye shared the donor’s passion for helping others, emphasizing that CSP Abdul-Dimka has adopted six children, paying their school fees and providing for their needs. “Christmas is a season of love,” Osahenye remarked. “It’s a time to make people feel special, to bring joy, and share the blessings that we have. Abdul-Dimka’s gesture today is a reflection of his heart, which is always open to helping those in need, no matter the time of year.”

Osahenye also noted that Abdul-Dimka’s philanthropic reach extends beyond Asaba. “Whether in Abuja or Plateau State, he has extended his care to children everywhere. His efforts to improve lives are immeasurable,” he said, highlighting Abdul-Dimka’s dedication to uplifting youth across Nigeria.

Bashir Apologun, a close friend of the donor, further praised Abdul-Dimka’s commitment to the welfare of children, noting the vast number of young lives he has touched through his charitable actions.

The children at the orphanage expressed deep gratitude to “Daddy Dimka” for his kindness, acknowledging that his support extends far beyond the holiday season.

CSP Abdul-Dimka’s charitable efforts are supported by his wife, Princess Dr. Dimka, who founded the Pzafaama Helping Hands Foundation. Through this non-profit organization, the couple has been able to reach out to vulnerable children and elderly parents in need across the country. Their joint efforts have been instrumental in providing aid to marginalized communities, ensuring that the most vulnerable are not forgotten.

CSP Abdul-Dimka’s selfless contributions have not gone unnoticed; he has recently been recognized as one of the international ambassadors for World Peace for his exemplary service, commitment to community safety, and dedication to guiding youth away from drugs, gangs, and violence. His acts of kindness continue to inspire and create lasting change.
