Nigerian full-service real estate developer honoured with Medal of Honour

Ozor Engr Jerry Patrick Onukaibe is a Nigerian born experienced executive with a demonstrated history in lthe real estate industry, skilled in negotiation, budgeting, sales, retail, acquisitions and development of estates. He is strong business development professional.

He is a licensed Real Estate Developer on the board of First Choice Afro Villa Property Company founded by the legendary footballer, Kanu Nwankwo.

His credential demonstrates a mastery of the analytical and leadership skills needed to enhance the short and long-term values of large real estate portfolios, including residential, commercial, condominium, industrial, institutional and mixed-use.

Recently, the Mburubu, Nkanu East LGA of Enugu State born top Nigerian Real Estate Developer, bagged the AFRICAN MEDAL OF HONOURS. He was awarded African Medal of Distinguished Service, by Time Africa International Magazine, for his contributions to community and national development. He is specifically recognized for his enormous contributions to the liberation of the people from the clutches of poverty; his creative contribution to the Africa transformation and specifically his development and promotion of the African rebirth.
