Obi of Aboh, Dr Greg Oputa III hails Governor Oborevwori for approving construction of Aboh-Akarai road project

The Traditional Ruler of Aboh Kingdom, His Imperial Majesty, Obi , Dr Greg Nnamdi Oputa III has lauded Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the State Executive Council for giving approval for the construction of the Aboh — Akarai concrete road with a 100 meter bridge across the the Okiri River in Ndokwa East Local Government Area of the state.

The commendation is contained in a statement personally signed by the Aboh Monarch, Dr Greg Nnamdi Oputa III while reacting to the cheering news at Aboh .

The monarch remarked that the approval, coming on the heels of the second year anniversary of the Oborevwori’s administration, speaks volume about the commitment of government to truly develop rural communities across the state.

The monarch in the statement, said “Government’s kind gesture is a significant milestone to bring development through the construction of access road to link Aboh Kingdom and other adjoining communities in Ndokwa East and we are sincerely grateful to His Excellency, Governor Oborevwori and Members of the State Executive Council for this. “

“On behalf of the benefiting communities I want to specifically appreciate Government for this show of love for the peace loving and good people of Ndoshimili”

Obi, Dr Oputa III particularly acknowledged the roles played by the state Deputy Governor, Sir Monday Onyeme and the Member representing Ndokwa East in the State House of Assembly, Honorable Emeka Osamuta and all others who facilitated the consideration and eventual approval urging them not to rest on their oars.

The revered traditional ruler took advantage of the freezy mood of celebration across the state to congratulate the Governor for the excellent performance of his administration in the last two years as exemplified by the harvest of multi – billion naira projects expressing optimism that the next two years would witness even more unprecedented projects across rural communities in both upland and coastal communities in the state.
