Ogilisi Igbo Sails to Mexico from Houston, Advocates for Tourism Growth in Nigeria

HOUSTON, Texas — Ogilisi Igbo, the esteemed founder of the multi-billion-dollar Rojenny Tourists/Game Village located in Oba, Idemili Local Government Area of Anambra State, recently embarked on a cruise to Mexico from Houston, Texas. The trip not only marks a significant personal journey for Ogilisi Igbo but also serves as a platform to promote Nigerian tourism, urging citizens to take full advantage of local attractions.

Rojenny Games Village, widely regarded as one of Africa’s largest privately owned recreational facilities, features a FIFA-standard stadium with a capacity of 40,000, alongside a plethora of sports facilities such as an Olympic-size swimming pool and multiple courts for lawn tennis, handball, and volleyball. The village is not only a sports haven but also boasts various attractions, including a zoo, giant wheels, worship centers, a museum gallery, and a clubhouse, making it a hub for both leisure and cultural experiences.

Speaking about his cruise while aboard the luxury liner, Ogilisi Igbo expressed his vision for Nigerian tourism, stating, “It is essential for Nigerians to embrace their heritage and explore the vast opportunities that our local tourist villages offer. By doing so, we can reconnect with nature and enjoy recreational activities similar to what others experience around the world.”
