Ogilisi Igbo Visits H.E. Willie Obiano fmr. Gov. Anambra State in Houston Texas

TEXAS, UNITED STATES — Ogilisi Igbo, a prominent figure within the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), met with former Anambra State Governor, Chief Willie Obiano yesterday at Houston Texas.

The brotherly courtesy call, according to Ogilisi Igbo was warm and they also brainstormrd on the upcoming gubernatorial election in Anambra State, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing the achievements of previous APGA administrations.

Chief Ezeonwuka praised Obiano for the enduring legacy of development projects from his tenure, including advancements in infrastructure, education, and healthcare, which have set a high standard for governance in the state. He also commended current Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his efforts in pushing forward with state development.

“APGA has consistently delivered, ensuring we have not let down the people of Anambra,” stated Ezeonwuka.

He further discussed the importance of maintaining political momentum which has been built over the years through APGA’s governance, emphasizing that a change in leadership could potentially disrupt the continuity of development projects and policies that have been well-received by the populace.

“This election is crucial. It’s about continuing our good work and ensuring Anambra’s residents benefit from committed leadership,” he said.

Ezeonwuka emphasized the importance of involving youth and women actively in politics, calling for strategies that empower these demographics. “Their involvement should be our priority,” he urged.

He emphasized that Soludo has not disappointed the people of Anambra State. “Governor Soludo must be reelected for a second tenure as he has not disappointed Ndi Anambra,” Ezeonwuka declared.

He has called on all APGA members to mobilize and ensure Governor Soludo’s victory in the upcoming election. “All APGA members must mobilize to ensure Governor Soludo’s victory in the forthcoming election,” Ezeonwuka stated, highlighting the need for a united front within the party to secure this win.

Ezeonwuka’s vision included a continuation of the socio-economic growth trajectory that Anambra has been on, driven by competent and committed leadership from within the party.
