Peter Obi to speak at Chatham House London on Jan. 16, at 1:00pm to 2:00pm

As part of Chatham House program series of events examining Nigeria’s 2023 elections and political developments, Peter Obi, presidential candidate for the Labour Party, will on January 16, 2023, at 1:00pm to 2:00pm discus his vision for policy and governance reforms in Nigeria.

The program will be hosted by Dr Alex Vines, the Managing Director, Ethics, Risk and Resilience; Director, Africa Programme of Chatham House.

According to Chatham House, world-leading policy institute with a mission to help governments and societies build a sustainably secure, prosperous and just world, “Obi, a former governor of Anambra State, discusses his vision for policy and governance reforms in Nigeria, including the priorities for tackling deep-rooted insecurity and corruption, and measures to promote social and political mobility for Nigerian citizens.

Nigeria is scheduled to hold presidential and national assembly elections on 25 February as well as governorship and other subnational elections on 11 March.
