Queen Mowah becomes Lady Captain of Ibori Golf Club

Queen Chinedum Mowah has been elected as the Lady Captain Ibori Golf and Country Club Asaba. Delta State – Nigeria.

Mowah who is the founder of Chinedum Asonobi Foundation will assumes the captaincy role at Golf Club from the start of February.

In his chat, she reflected on the past years, the progress the Club was making to realise its vision of ‘providing a great golfing experience’ and the exciting plans for the club’s anniversary.

“I am so honored to be chosen as a captain”, said Mowah, adding, “Leading Team is pretty incredible! Being a captain is more than just a role; it is about making a difference and leading our team to its ultimate goals”

Traditionally, most golf clubs are made of up of male and female branches with different captains selected to lead each category, however, Queen Mowah will be representing the Lady Members as she takes full captaincy and to fulfill any requirements of the relevant Golf.

Mowah is also a member of the  Advisory Board of Time Africa Magazine.
