Abuja, NIGERIA – Chief Uchenna Okafor, the Director General of the Taskforce and Monitoring for the Commercial Motorcycle and Tricycle Operators Association (COMTOA), has conveyed his heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim community in Asaba in celebration of the 2024 Eid-el-Maulud, which honors the birth of the Prophet Muhammad.

In his statement, Chief Okafor expressed his sincere joy and solidarity with the Muslim members of COMTOA, highlighting the significance of this holy occasion. He extended his best wishes for peace, joy, and prosperity, emphasizing that Eid-el-Maulud is a time for reflection, devotion, and communal celebration.

“On behalf of COMTOA, I extend our warmest congratulations and best wishes to all our Muslim friends and neighbors on this blessed occasion of Eid-el-Maulud. May this sacred celebration bring you and your families an abundance of joy, peace, and fulfillment. Let us all continue to work together in fostering a spirit of unity and cooperation that reflects the true essence of this holy festival,” Chief Okafor stated.

Chief Okafor also took the opportunity to commend Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for creating a favorable environment for commercial tricycle operators in the state. He used the occasion to remind the commercial tricycle operators about the importance of adhering to traffic rules and safety regulations as established by the Delta State Government.
