In a significant recognition of his dedication to community development and humanitarian service, Chief Uchenna Okafor, the Director General of the Taskforce and Monitoring Team for the Commercial Motorcycle and Tricycle Operators Association (COMTOA) in Delta State, Nigeria, has been honored with a prestigious award from Forward News Media.
